Special traffic enforcement at 14th/Erie Ave during the lunch hour. Please, buckle up, obey posted traffic laws. 
There will be special traffic enforcement in the area of 14th Street and Erie Avenue, this afternoon. This is part of the overall traffic accident reduction program, Car in Gear, Brain in Gear. There will be strict traffic enforcement. We ask you to put the distractions away, and pay attention to the roadway; obey posted speed limits and please wear your seatbelt. The idea is to not write traffic citations but to change driving behaviors and reduce traffic accidents.
