Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 the East Avenue Sewer Relief Project continues to make progress with the street restoration phase. East Avenue crews continue to install sidewalks and handicap ramps and driveway aprons. The residents will be notified when their apron will be replaced. The residents affected will be parking on the street. The contractor will also begin road surface milling from 620 East Avenue to 1234 East Avenue.
East Avenue remains closed and drivers must use the detour routes for East Avenue of Middle Avenue and East River Street. The detour routes are posted.
