Arrests made in Tryon Arts & Crafts Larceny
On Tuesday April 24, 2018 Tryon Police made arrests for the Breaking and Entering and Larceny that occurred at Tryon Arts and Crafts building located at 375 Harmon Field Road.
During this crime, approximately $11,000.00 worth of merchandise and other items were taken. A tip received by the department identified Justin Keyser as the person who sold the items from the break in to the Gold Exchange in Lynn.
Other individuals involved are Teresa Ann Greene and John Allen Albree II both of Tryon. Both Greene and Albree were arrested on April 24th; Albree was held under a 10,000.00 secure bond and Greene was held under a $15,000.00 secure bond.
Greene has charges pending in Henderson County and is also wanted out of Buncombe County for unrelated larceny charges. Justin Keyser has been arrested and is currently in the Spartanburg County Detention Center where a hold has been placed on him to be extradited back to North Carolina after he has satisfied his obligations with South Carolina charges. Tryon Police Captain Tim Wright added, ”Lt. Theda Rickman’s hard work and persistence was crucial in the arrests.”
