* IMPACTS...Limited visibilities will make travel very difficult this afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ATLANTIC COASTAL CAPE MAY ... COASTAL ATLANTIC ... COASTAL OCEAN ... EASTERN MONMOUTH
