Month Long Investigation Results in Mulitple Arrests

On April 19th, after a month-long investigation, the Fairfield Police Department Special Operations Team, with the assistance of the Investigations Bureau, Patrol Bureau, Code Enforcement Unit and the Fairfield Fire Department served multiple search warrants at a local motel in the 2200 block of North Texas St.  This operation resulted in the arrest of four adults for various criminal offenses. The business was determined to have multiple city and fire code violations which are currently under investigation. 
 
The following subjects were arrested and booked into Solano County Jail:
 
Sharon Walton, a 58-year old Fairfield resident, for possession for sales of drugs, maintaining a drug house, a probation violation, and outstanding warrants.
 
Lamar Woods, 49-year old Fairfield resident, for being a felon in possession of ammunition, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and maintaining a drug house.
 
Ernest Vaughn, a 31-year old Fairfield resident, for child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
Maisha Carillo, a 33-year old Fairfield resident, for child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
The Fairfield Police Department’s Special Operations Team actively pursues information provided by residents as to drug use and sales within our community.  Anyone with information regarding suspected drug activity is asked to contact the 24-Hr Drug Hotline at (707) 428-7344 and leave a message.  Special Operations Team detectives will contact all callers to expedite the investigation.  Callers can remain anonymous even after speaking with detectives.
