Due to police activity, Highland Oaks School was placed on a lock down. The lock down has been lifted. 
Arcadia Police Officers responded to the area of Grandview Ave and Wilson Ave regarding a possible residential burglary in progress. During our investigation, we learned that two suspects were in the area near Highland Oaks Elementary School.
Highland Oaks Elementary School was placed on a lock down for a short period of time. The lock down was lifted once the suspects were taken into custody. Officers checked the area and believe that there are no other outstanding suspects.
