SUSPECT #1: Hispanic male, 35-40 years old, 5’5” tall, medium build, thin mustache & goatee, and last seen wearing a grey baseball cap & a blue t-shirt with white lettering
SUSPECT VEHICLE: White Toyota Tundra pick-up truck with grey primer on the tailgate and “Piercey Toyota” paper plates
On April 7, 2018, Saturday, at approximately 1:00 p.m., a hit and run happened in the parking lot of a shopping center on the north side of West Calaveras Blvd. near Serra Way. The driver of a white Toyota Tundra pick-up truck with grey primer on the tailgate backed into a white 2007 Acura TL sedan. The driver spoke to the victim in the Acura sedan and offered to repair the damage himself as well as offered a small amount of cash. When the victim wanted to exchange insurance information instead, the driver of the Toyota Tundra refused and tried to leave. The victim used a cell phone to take a picture of the driver, and the driver tried to knock the cell phone away and pushed the victim. The driver fled in the Toyota Tundra along with a passenger who appeared to be a 12 to 13-year-old boy wearing a baseball cap.
