El Dorado HS is participating in the Every 15 mins for the next 2 days. You may see and hear lights and sirens and CHP Helicopter land. 
The Every 15 Minutes program is a two-day program on high school juniors and seniors, which challenges them to think about drinking, driving, personal safety, the responsibility of making mature decisions and the impact their decisions have on family, friends, their community, and many others.
Funding for this program is through the California Office of Traffic Safety, and the California Highway Patrol. Placerville Police Department, Marshall Hospital, El Dorado County Fire Department, Sierra Law Enforcement Chaplains will be participating in the DUI scenario.
Please be aware that you may see and hear light and sirens, as well as the CHP helicopter making a landing on the football field.
