Leadership Today is a course attended by select City of Fairfield employees and community business leaders. Attendees are selected by both the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce and the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce. The course focuses on group activities to develop leadership skills. The Leadership Today class of 2018 has developed a fund raiser to benefit the Fairfield Public Safety Academy as a part of their year long curriculum.
