#008 Warrant Arrest
Officer Richards led a team to an address on Bell St. in search of a 26 year old adult male who had a felony warrant for assault with a deadly weapon.  The male was located and was arrested for his warrant without incident.

#017, 018 Parking, Vehicle Code Violations and Warrant Arrest
At 11:00 a.m., CSO Schwartz and Sgt. Magana followed up complaints of RV parking issues in the area of Tavis Pl and Old Warm Springs.  Chalking and warning notices were issued to 4 motorhomes and 1 vehicle.  During the enforcement and follow up activities, Officer Ramirez and FTO Kwok located a 53 year old adult male, Fremont resident at the site who had an active misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear out of Santa Clara Co. 

#007 Auto Burglary
CSO Wilske investigated an auto burglary that occurred overnight in the 700 block of Shard Ct.  Unknown suspects smashed the rear passenger window of a vehicle and took tools, a briefcase and laptop.  The estimated loss was $4200.

#009 Commercial Burglary
CSO Wilske investigated a commercial burglary that occurred in a parking structure under construction near the Warm Springs BART station.  The burglary occurred overnight and loss was $17,000 in power tools.

#010 Commercial Burglary
CSO Schwartz investigated a commercial burglary in the 47200 block of Fremont Bl. that occurred overnight.  Five laptops were taken from the business.

#012 Copper Theft
Officer Ramirez and FTO Kwok investigated copper theft that occurred overnight at a construction site in the 44900 block of Warm Springs Blvd.

#023 Brandishing a Firearm
Officers responded to the area of 6000 Stevenson Bl. after workers conducting demolition at a business reported a male and female had walked into the building and when confronted, the male lifted up his shirt showing a gun in his waistband.  The male and female fled prior to FPD’s arrival and witnesses stated they left the area northbound on Encyclopedia in a gray station wagon style Subaru.  The suspect with the handgun was described as a white male adult, 45 years old, 6’00” with a pony tail, wearing a yellow construction vest.  The female was described as a white female adult, 45 years old, 5’07” wearing a grey hoodie.

#032 Health and safety code violation:
Officer Rose was conducted a security check in the area of the vacant Elephant Bar restaurant when he witnessed a 25 year old male smoking drugs with a pipe.  When Officer Rose made contact and identified himself as a police officer, the male threw the glass pipe on the ground and then used his foot to stop on it.  The male was on probation for assault with a deadly weapon and he had a search clause, so officers conducted a search per the conditions of his probation and located additional narcotics.  The 25 year old was arrested for possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia, destroying/concealing evidence and a probation violation.  

#033 Health and Safety Code Violation:
SRO Morales located the suspect vehicle from Officer Gourley’s robbery case from the Camden Quick Stop during the previous shift.  He initiated traffic stop and contacted the four occupants.  The driver, later identified as a 20 year old adult male, was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale, possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school and providing marijuana to a minor.  Officer Gourley conducted his follow up as well and subsequently added charges of robbery.

#035 Petty Theft and Battery Arrest
Initially reported as a robbery, a suspect entered Fry’s Electronics and attempted to steal merchandise.  When the suspect was confronted by employees, the suspect physically assaulted the employees to make his escape.  The suspect was last seen leaving in silver Acura.  Officers responded to the area and Officer Manrique located the suspect vehicle and a felony car stop was initiated.  Two occupants were detained.  An in-infield was conducted and a 28 year old suspect was arrested for petty theft, battery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

#041 Auto Burglary
Officers investigated an auto burglary in the 39000 block of Gallaudet.  The suspect entered the vehicle and stole the victim’s credit and debit cards and several keys.
