Effective April 18, 2018 the building of an open fire, campfire, or recreational fire is prohibited within the Town of Payson. All current and future burn permits are cancelled until further notice.
This restriction does NOT apply to the safe use of outdoor grills utilized for cooking on private property and outdoor LPG gas fireplaces that have a shutoff valve.
