Per OPW: This morning we have reports of significant black ice on Redwood Road near Mountain Boulevard (between Safeway & Medhani Ale Ethiopian Church), and also in the 12500 block of Campus Drive. The ice is creating hazardous driving conditions and backing up traffic. Please drive safely and expect delays. City crews are out now placing warning signs in affected areas.
