Flooding in Durbin and Green Bank and possibly other areas - please use extreme caution 
At approximately 2am, 9-1-1 Emergency Director Michael O'Brien reported that flooding has been detected in Durbin and Green Bank with water in the road in other areas such as Rt 66 towards Cass. Please use extreme caution if traveling, while road conditions are being evaluated. A flood warning is in effect for Pocahontas County until 7:15 Monday morning and flooding is imminent.
Instructions:
Please do not drive through standing water - turn around and don't drown
