Down wires throughout GC.Do not touch, walk near, or drive over down wires.Brandt/Dover, Ford/Moeller, Central/Rush are down,among others 
Please be cautious when outside. There are still down wires in Garden City. If you see a down wire stay at least 20 feet away. Do not walk over or drive over wires. Currently there are down wires on Moeller south of Ford, Brandt/Dover, and on Central between James and Rush. There are most likely more throughout the neighborhoods so please advise your children and keep an eye out for students walking to school on Monday 4/16. If you see an area of danger that has not been addressed by the Garden City Fire Dept. or DTE please contact 911 and advise.
