* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will cause whiteout conditions in blowing snow. Significant drifting of the snow is likely. Additional snow accumulations of up to 2 inches are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast South Dakota, northeast Nebraska, northwest and west central Iowa and southwest Minnesota.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very dangerous to impossible.
