* Until 115 PM CDT.
* At 1016 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. In areas where rain has yet to start, a rapid accumulation of 2 to 4 inches is likely in 1 to 2 hours duration.
