Update: The reenactments at Picketts Mill Battlefield will continue overnight. Cannon firing expected to end by 9 pm 
Picketts Mill Battlefield will have a reenactment today 4/14/2018 and Sunday 4/15/2018. During the reenactment cannons will be fired and may sound like loud gunshots or explosions. This will be in the area of 4432 Mt Tabor Church Rd which is near Due West Rd. It is expected to occur between 10 am and 4 pm.***Update: We spoke to a Picketts Mill Battlefield Park employee and were told reenactments will be occurring overnight and that they are expected to stop firing the cannons by 9 pm.
