Full Notification

After releasing the update this morning, the Green Bay Police Department was notified by a local community organization that Mr. Quinn was at a possible location in the city. Mr. Quinn left prior to officers arrival but Officers were able to obtain a description of the vehicle Mr. Quinn was in. That description was immediately relayed to patrol officers in the city. Officers located that vehicle and took Mr. Quinn into custody. Investigators believe all the people of interest and suspects have been interviewed and or are in custody.

The Green Bay Police Department thanks everyone for their patience as this investigation unfolded. This is a great example of how information is dissimilated to the community and residents and local organizations are our eyes and ears where we can not be.
