Any additional future rains could affect the crest forecasts. The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a

* Flood Warning for The Big Sioux River above Hawarden.

* from Saturday afternoon until further notice.

* At 08AM Friday the stage was 18.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 20.5 feet.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by 5 PM Saturday and continue to rise to near 23.0 feet by 7 PM Monday. Additional rises are possible thereafter.

* At stages near 23.0 feet...South Dakota Highway 46 begins to flood. &&

* AFFECTED AREAS: PLYMOUTH ... SIOUX
