Missing Person: Raphael Dupuis, 16yo, Male, Race: 6ft, 215lbs with Brown Hair and Brown Eyes. Last seen wearing a black ski jacket with a gray back, blue jeans, and blue shoes.
Last seen: at Northgate High School today 4/12/18- but he was not on site for pick at 4pm.
