Two reg. sex offenders petition PSC on 4/11, City Hall, 5:15 PM, to reside @ 725 Alabama Ave & 2207A N 8th St. 
The following registered sex offenders are petitioning the Public Protection and Safety Committee requesting a waiver from the Sex Offender Residency restrictions in order to live at the following locations:
Keith D. Bauer- 725 Alabama Avenue
Benjamin F Heyman- 2207A N 8th Street
Discussion on this matter will take place at the Public Safety Committee Meeting on Wednesday, April 11th, at 5:15 PM. The location of the meeting is at City Hall, Basement Conference Room.
