City Hall Parking Lot Reconstruction. 
The City of Garden City will be replacing the parking lots at City Hall, the Police Department and the Fire Department beginning Saturday, April 7 for over a month. Public parking will be located on the east side of the Police Department (off Central) and on Central Street. The City Clerk's drop box will be relocated to Block Street next to City Hall during construction.
Work will include blacktop, drainage, curbs and concrete replacement.
