* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Rockwall County in north central Texas... Southwestern Hunt County in north central Texas... Northern Kaufman County in north central Texas... Southern Collin County in north central Texas...

* Until 730 PM CDT.

* At 612 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Wylie, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Plano, McKinney, Frisco, Richardson, Allen, Rowlett, Wylie, Rockwall, Sachse, Terrell, Forney, Murphy, Royse City, Fairview, Heath, Princeton, Fate, Lucas, Parker and Farmersville. This includes the following interstates... Interstate 20 between mile markers 486 and 503. Interstate 30 between mile markers 65 and 86. HAIL...1.75IN WIND...60MPH

Instructions:

Prepare for large hail and damaging winds. People outside should move immediately to shelter inside a strong building. Stay away from windows. If on or near Lake Ray Hubbard and Lake Lavon, get away from the water and move indoors or inside a vehicle. Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm. High winds and waves can capsize boats.
