Sexual Assault occurs in every community. It happens to males, females, young and old. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. In order to bring forth public awareness in identifying and preventing sexual violence, we, as a community, and as individuals, must be informed and educated on ways which we can help prevent and reduce sex offenses from occurring. The page will provide information which includes a brochure outlining what is sexual assault, what is sexual contact, Wisconsin law, date rape drugs, and what to do if a child discloses a sexual assault, as well as local resources.
