According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Terry A. Ruben will be relocating to 1821 Myra Av, Janesville, WI on April 27, 2018; however he will have access to the residence starting on April 7, 2018.

Ruben was convicted of Possession of Child Pornography, Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, and Exposing a Child to Harmful Materials on April 14, 2008.

While placed at 1821 Myra Av, Janesville, WI, conditions of Ruben’s supervision include, but are not limited to: No unapproved activities in the community without prior approval of the DCC Supervising Agent; No contact with minors; No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; No contact with victims; Not to consume alcohol or drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; and Cooperate with GPS monitoring.

Notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
