Today's Early Morning Arrest

On March 31, 2018 at approximately 12:24 a.m., our officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Gellert Boulevard on the report of shots fired into a residence. Upon arrival, officers located numerous shell casings in the driveway. The investigation revealed multiple gun shots were fired from two separate people from both inside and outside of the residence. From the residence, officers arrested a 24-year old male from San Francisco for attempted murder and a narcotics violation. Two other adults were arrested from the residence for narcotics violations. The fourth person, a 37-year old male San Francisco resident, was arrested for attempted murder based on firing a weapon into the residence from the street. The 37-year old male sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his leg by another resident. He was treated prior to being booked into the main jail.

All inquiries should be directed to our Press Information Officer, Sergeant Ron Harrison. (650) 991-8183 or [email protected].
