Missing person: Chu Chang DOB 07/07/1938 last seen at 1245 at his residence in the Stonebridge development wearing a black north face jacket with an orange undershirt and wearing tan pants. He is operating a 2003 Toyota Avalon burgundy in color. New Jersey License Plate associated with the vehicle is H17FPY. Subject might be disoriented.
