SUSQUEHANNA TWP., Pa. — Police in Dauphin County are looking for a shooting suspect. Susquehanna Township police say Dakota Ross is being sought in the shooting that took place Feb. 5 on the 300 block of North 23rd Street. Advertisement Ross is facing charges that include attempted homicide, aggravated assault and discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure.
