* TIMING...Winds increasing through late afternoon then diminishing by midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous driving conditions due to crosswinds... especially for high profile vehicles. Local areas of blowing dust and sand.
* AFFECTED AREAS: INDIAN WELLS VALLEY ... SOUTHEASTERN KERN COUNTY DESERT
