Jaswant Bain, a 57 year old, male has been reported missing. Jaswant suffers from a medical condition and he is considered at-risk. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and white tennis shoes. Jaswant was last seen walking away from his home on Balboa Way at about 11:00 am on Saturday, March 24, 2018. He was reported missing to police today. He frequents the McDonald's restaurant and PK Market on Thornton Ave. and is also known to take AC Transit. We believe Jaswant is lost and likely confused.
