Arrested: Rodney W. Wollor, Black male, 20 years old

DETAILS:  Ptl. Caulfield initiated a motor vehicle stop on a silver 2000 Honda sedan for failing to have a front license plate. During the stop, Rodney Wollor, was found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. Wollor was also determined to have an arrest warrant from Lakewood, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00. Wollor was processed at WWPD Headquarters. He was then transported to the Mercer County Corrections Center for the warrant.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Robles investigated the Theft of a package from the front of a residence in the Sherbrooke Estates. Investigation revealed the following: The victim returned home in the evening to find that a FedEx package that was supposed to have been delivered to her front door in the morning was missing. A video doorbell system recorded a delivery person from another company walking up to her door and taking the package. The delivery person was wearing a reflective vest identifying the company he worked for. Det. C. Van Ness contacted the delivery company and was later able to identify the delivery person as Benjamin Walker. Walker was arrested and processed at WWPD Headquarters on February 12, 2018. He was released pending a future date at Mercer County Superior Court.

DETAILS:  The owner of a 2000 Honda, Daniel Nimley, came to WWPD Headquarters to retrieve his car from police impound. Nimley’s car had been impounded two days earlier when the driver of his car was found to be unlicensed. Nimley presented a fake “Liberty Mutual” insurance card in an attempt to have the vehicle released. Sgt. Loretucci took Nimley into custody and processed him. Nimley was released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Patrol units and Det. Jelinski responded to Wegmans for a Shoplifting in progress where the following occurred:  Nathaniel Booker concealed over $400.00 worth of cosmetics into a backpack. When Booker observed Sgt. Magistro following him around the store, he immediately placed the backpack onto the floor and abandoned it. He then attempted to exit the store when he was taken into custody by Sgt. Magistro. Booker was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at Mercer County Superior Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Caulfield responded to the Panera restaurant for the Theft of a wallet and credit cards. Investigation revealed the following: While the victim was dining and working on her laptop computer, someone stole her wallet containing cash and credit cards. Her credit cards were then used to make over $9,000.00 in fraudulent charges at nearby stores such as Best Buy and Target.

DETAILS:  Det. J. Jones was at the Best Buy store on a follow-up investigation. As he exited the store and walked past a white 2004 Ford SUV parked in the lot, he detected the odor of burnt marijuana. Inside the vehicle, David Minotti Jr. was actively smoking marijuana. During the investigation, Minotti Jr. was found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and also cigars which are commonly used to ingest it. Minotti Jr. was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Det. Jelinski observed a suspicious maroon 1997 Chevrolet Suburban backed into the driveway of a vacant property owned by Howard Hughes Corporation. Two men were observed next to the SUV. One of the men was pushing a dolly cart, and with the assistance of the other man, they hoisted a large bag into the back cargo area of the vehicle. Investigation revealed that Brian Noch and James Blount had cut and removed copper piping and copper valves from the property utilizing power tools. Blount was also found to have a warrant for his arrest from Trenton for $2,500.00. Noch and Blount were processed at WWPD Headquarters. Bail was posted for Blount. Both Noch and Blount were released pending a future date at Mercer County Superior Court.

DETAILS:   Ptl. Robles initiated a stop on a blue Pontiac for having dark tinted windows. During the stop, one of the passengers of the vehicle, Kahlil Hampton, was found to be in possession of a small plastic baggy containing under 50 grams of marijuana in his pants pocket. Hampton was also found to have five warrants for his arrest from Trenton, two additional from Ewing, and two more from Hamilton. Hampton was processed at WWPD Headquarters. He was then transported to Hamilton PD for his arrest warrants and turned over to their custody.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Brown was detailed to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Clarksville and Quakerbridge Rd. During the investigation, it was determined that one of the drivers, William Cocroft, was under the influence of intoxicating drugs. He was also found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. During processing and while submitting a sample of his urine for drug testing, he instead put water into the sample cup. After processing at WWPD Headquarters, Cocroft was released pending a future date at Mercer County Superior County.
