Louisville man arrested for auto theft. 
On March 20, 2018, at 07:00 a.m. Deputy Bryan Small was dispatched to the 400 block of North Hull Street in Fort Branch, Indiana to locate a Red 2015 Ford Fusion that was reported stolen out of Washington, Indiana. Upon arriving on scene Deputy Small located the vehicle and began an investigation into the theft of the vehicle. At the conclusion of his investigation 33 year old Andrew Lotspeich of Louisville, Kentucky was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office.
Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Lotspeich was charged with Auto Theft and remains in custody on a $750 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
