Deputy Montes returns a stolen refrigerator back to the victims of a residential burglary

LOCATION: 11000 block of Hardy Ave., Adelanto
SUSPECTS: Miguel Marin, 22 years of age, of Adelanto
Juvenile male, 16 years of age, of Adelanto
SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at 10:19 pm, deputies from the Victor Valley Station responded to the 11000 block of Hardy reference a burglary in progress. A witness called to report two male suspects entered a vacant residence and removed items. The suspects were seen walking down the street pushing a refrigerator on a moving dolly and carrying other stolen items in a trash can.
Deputies arrived and contacted 22 year old Miguel Marin and a 16 year old male juvenile walking down the street with the stolen property. Through investigation, the deputies identified the victim and returned all identifiable property.
Miguel Marin was arrested for residential burglary and booked at the High Desert Detention Center. He is currently being held in lieu of $75,000.00 bail. The 16 year old male juvenile was arrested for residential burglary and booked at Apple Valley Juvenile Detention Center.
