Snow emergency routes are in effect and are being enforced.  Please do not park your car on the East side of Garden Street, the East side of Jefferson Street, the East side of Seventh Street, the North side of Division Avenue and the North side of Summit Avenue.  Please move all  cars off theses streets or you may be ticketed or towed.  We would also ask that you move as many cars as you can in other areas off the street so that the DPW can better clear the streets.  Also, do not put items into the street to mark parking spots as this makes properly clearing the street difficult and is illegal,
