UPDATE 3/19/18- This subject is now IN CUSTODY and turned over to the Middlesex County Department of Corrections pending Court. Mr. EPHRAIM EDWARD FRANK, 52, of Runnemede, NJ was taken into custody today. He faces multiple charges from this incident on February 20th. Thank you for your assistance.

During the afternoon yesterday, February 20th, this man was part of a Distraction Burglary team that preyed on an elderly woman. While this guy was outside speaking with her about trimming trees, her home was entered and her property stolen by another team member. Please help us identify and locate this special man.
