inches, with localized amounts of 7 inches or more possible.
* WHERE...Southeast West Virginia, Northwest North Carolina, and
portions of Virginia along and west of the Blue Ridge
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
including during the morning commute on Wednesday. Significant
reductions in visibility are possible.
