Conditions will improve later this morning as storms develop or surface temperatures warm. ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING... The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM CDT this morning.
* VISIBILITY...One quarter mile or less.
* IMPACTS...Driving will be hazardous in areas of dense fog.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ST. TAMMANY
