Two Car Collision


Sheriff Richard Behnke of the Cass County Sheriff's Office reports that on 03/18/2018 at 0046 hrs his Deputies were called to a crash on US Highway 12, near Frantz Dr, in Milton Township, Cass County Michigan. The driver, (a 31 yr old Elkhart residence, William York) was driving south on US-12 when he had a rear end collision with another vehicle heading in the same direction. The other vehicle was occupied by (18 yr old Niles resident, Emilee Seggerman), (18 yr old Niles resident, Rayannow Harkins), and (19 yr old Niles resident, Martha Bredow). Everybody involved in the accident was transported to the South Bend Memorial Hospital for their injuries. Seat belts were worn during this crash. Alcohol was believed to be a factor in this accident.
