Motorists are advised to find alternate routes around Sheridan St., between Kapiolani Blvd. and Makaloa St., today as that portion of Sheridan St. is completely closed to allow Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews to repair a broken 8-inch main.
The main broke in the early morning hours, leaving 3 BWS customer -- including a low-rise aprtment building -- without water service for the duration of the repair. The BWS has set up a water wagon fronting 620 Sheridan St., where the apartments are, to provide water for residents.
