The speed limit on PCH is reduced to 30 MPH, 24/7 from Meadows Court to Latigo Canyon in the work zone for the Caltrans Escondido Slope Stabilization Project. Fines are doubled in the work zone. The project is expected to be complete in fall 2019. MalibuCity.org/alerts
