Subject: Death Investigation
The investigation regarding the death of Principal Clark Luessman is still an active investigation however the department can report that the preliminary evidence gathered indicates that the death is not suspicious in nature and therefor no foul play is suspected. No further information is available at this time.
Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
