SUMMARY: On March 12, 2018, at approximately 7:15 pm, Deputy Ramstad from the Highland Police Department was en route to an unrelated call when he witnessed a vehicle run a red light at Baseline Street and Victoria at a high rate of speed. Deputy Ramstad attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle. However, the driver, later identified as Miguel Delgado, refused to comply and accelerated away in a 2001 Chevrolet Pickup.
