* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches, with localized amounts up to 10 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST NICHOLAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH ... SOUTHEAST WEBSTER
