4:30PM FRIDAY - WINTER STORM IMPACT

South Brunswick Office of Emergency Management update for Friday afternoon. Crews have made steady progress clearing trees and wires. New Road has just reopened in the last 15 minutes. Schools and municipal offices returned to normal operations.

Residents are reminded that it is the homeowners’ responsibility to clear sidewalks in front of their property.
 
PSEG still shows approximately 200 homes without power in the Township.

CLEANUP
South Brunswick Public Works advises anyone needing to drop off fallen branches or brush can bring them to Sondek Park for disposal. The brush drop off is for residents only and no commercial vehicles are allowed.
 
This is the last planned update for the storm’s impact this week.
