Four Mile Rd is closed between New Lisbon Rd and Upper Mill Road. JCP&L are continuing to work on the outages. There are approximately 3023 homes and 29.15% of the residents that are still out of power, They were unable to give a time all power would be restored. A warming center has been set up at Harker Wylie school at 125C Trenton Rd. It will be open from 6:00pm until 6:00am
