Full Notification

Local Ordinance 20-1 requires that the owner or tenant shall be responsible for the removal of snow and ice from sidewalks along all public streets. Normally, this must be completed within 12 hours of daylight after the snowfall has formed. In consideration of the amount of snow that fell in Morris Plains, enforcement of that Ordinance will be suspended until Saturday, 3/10/18. Please attempt to clear all sidewalks by that date.
