* WIND...Northwest winds increasing to around 15 mph with higher gusts by midday.
* HUMIDITY...23 to 28 percent during the afternoon hours on Thursday.
* ENERGY RELEASE COMPONENT (ERC)...28 to 32 units on Thursday.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop could spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
