8:30PM WEDNESDAY - WINTER STORM IMPACT
The snowstorm has caused extensive damage throughout the Township. It will take days to clear away the snow, downed trees, and power lines. All schools and Township offices will be CLOSED on Thursday.
As of 8:30PM there are 79 reports of wires down across the Township. There are more than 100 trees which have fallen. Over 4000 residents are believed to be without power. There have been 197 calls for assistance and 48 motor vehicle crashes or assist during the storm.

- Many other businesses may be closed or forced to have delayed openings due to power outage and road closures.
ROADS
Majority of roads, including State highways are impassable.
- The morning rush hour will have extensive delays. Motorists are urged to use the NJ Turnpike if traveling north – south in the morning.
