* WIND...West northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with frequent gusts to 20 to 25 mph.
* HUMIDITY...23 to 28 percent from the late morning through late afternoon hours.
* ENERGY RELEASE COMPONENT (ERC)...26 to 32 units.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop could spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
