SMPD Arrests Indecent Exposure Suspect 
On Monday, March 5th, 2018 at around 5:55PM, a 16-year-old female was walking westbound up the roundabout leading to the Monte Diablo Ave and Amphlett Blvd pedestrian overcrossing when she noticed a man masturbating while exposing himself to her. Once the victim arrived home, she contacted SMPD and reported the incident.
SMPD officers immediately responded to the area and searched for the suspect. Officers located a man, identified as 35-year-old Cristian Morales, matching the description within the vicinity. Morales is known to our officers as he has an arrest history similar in nature and is a 290 registrant. Morales was identified as the suspect that exposed himself. Morales was transported to San Mateo County Jail for Indecent Exposure (314 PC) and Annoy or Molest a Child Under 18 with a prior conviction (647.7(c)(1) PC).
